liveBIG 5k / 10k / Family Adventure Run

The 2016 liveBIG has passed - a BIG thank you to all who participated and helped raise money for the Parks and Trail Foundation! Race results are available online. The 2016 liveBIG photo album is available! Download your race photo free of charge. The liveBIG 5K, 10K and Family Adventure Run is hosted by the Town in conjunction with the Castle Rock Parks and Trails Foundation, a nonprofit organization working to improve parks, recreation, trails and open space in Castle Rock. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Foundation. Runners can choose their distance – 5K or 10K – and enjoy the fall colors on natural surface trails. The liveBIG Family Adventure Run will wind through kid-friendly obstacles, including the Philip S. Miller Challenge Hill, in a short 1-mile course.

liveBIG was created to help people share the outdoors with their family and friends while exercising their bodies and minds. Come out and support a great cause, and bring the kids to enjoy family-friendly activities after the races!
